Context
Costa Rica’s Tourism Institute - Government - wanted to give visitors a safety experience, a product with embassy information, travel tips and security features so a trip to the country felt supported from the first day to the last.
Solution / Impact
Directed the UX/UI of a government product built for travelers in a tight moment, embassy contacts, guidance and safety in one place, taken from concept through to a clean handoff to the development team. Android and iOS.
